And home sellers can allow online buyers to contact them directly without having to give out their email address to the public. Sellers can receive questions, requests for additional photos, showings or even hash out the terms of an offer with potential buyers.

Home seller's with Bloomkey who create a FREE Property Webpage at Bloomkey.com automatically have access to this valuable service. From the Property Webpage, Buyers click the "Ask the Owner" icon and post questions in our Online Negotiation Room. Home sellers are automatically notified by email that a buyer has posted a message about their property for sale. Sellers can respond and/or create a dialogue with potential buyers.

Ask the Owner is a great way to facilitate online communications between buyers and sellers.
