IDX | Internet Data Exchange
The REALTOR® Broker IDX puts your Bloomkey property listing on local, regional and national real estate broker websites...

"REALTORS® and their Multiple Listing Services must enable MLS [real estate brokers] to display on [each others'] public websites aggregated MLS active listing information [from each of the particpating companies]…"
-From NAR Broker IDX Policy Statement
Internet Data Exchange ("IDX"), also referred to as "Broker Reciprocity," is the next stage in the evolution of MLS as the primary means of enhancing cooperation between REALTORS® to facilitate the purchase and sale of real property. Broker IDX gives MLS participants the ability to display each others’ property listings on their own Internet websites. Under Broker IDX, brokers exchange consent to display each others listings on their company websites.
The policy follows Realtors® policy of helping each other sell property listings, even when another company has the actual listing agreement with the seller. It's this spirit of cooperation among real estate agents taht makes listing with a real estate company so valuable. When you list with one broker, all of the other real estate companies' agents and brokers go to work for you to assist in selling your property quickly and for the highest possible price.
