Here's a Step by Step guide to Bloomkey's Flat Fee Home Buyer Rebate Program...

1. Register Online for Home Buyer Rebates with Bloomkey.
2. Complete the Property Search Form to receive automatic email notifications of new listings matching your criteria as they come on the market.
3. Use Bloomkey's Property Search Engine to find homes matching your criteria. Or, find a home through any of the other real estate web search sites, like Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, etc.
4. SCHEDULE A SHOWING
• Find out through Bloomkey, or on your own, when any Open Houses are being held at the properties you would like to preview.
• Schedule with an area fee-for-service agent to preview the property.
• Offer to compensate the listing agent for showing the property.
• Call the seller directly.
5. Print out a business card from the web site. If you attend an Open House or other property showing, give the Bloomkey business card to the listing agent and/or seller as soon as you arrive.
6. IMPORTANT: When scheduling or previewing any property, let the listing agent, site agent, builder or home seller know at your earliest contact with them that Bloomkey directed you to the property and that Bloomkey, an Internet broker, will be acting as your limited service "Buyer Agent" or "Transaction Broker" to write your offer.
