Real Estate Broker
Brokerage Operations Manager

The company is currently seeking a licensed real estate broker to be responsible for licensing, brokerage functions and our extensive broker/agent referral network. Ideal candidate should have 3+ years real estate brokerage management experience with active licensing in one or more states. The individual selected will help develop overall brokerage strategies for the company and be responsible for the hiring and oversight of additional licensed agents and brokers for the various markets where the company is licensed. This unique opportunity for leadership will go to the individual most qualified to help recreate the real estate industry for the future. Must be a self-motivated innovator with strong leadership skills who enjoys the challenge of promoting a revolutionary new concept in real estate brokerage.

  • Develop overall brokerage strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain referral network.
  • Oversee company real estate licensing compliance, continuing education requirements, co-broker interactions, board/MLS memberships, etc.
  • Responsible for oversight of real estate contracts and current customer interactions with regard to real estate transactions.
