Lawrence Bunnell, CEO

Lawrence Bunnell co-founded Bloomkey in 2006. Prior to starting Bloomkey, Lawrence was a real estate broker for Insight Realty and earlier founded Internet start-up homebytes.com, the first real estate company to become licensed in all 50 states. He is a licensed real estate broker in California, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Lawrence is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth Universtiy and hold degrees in Political Science and Information Technology.

As a 25 year veteran of the real estate industry, and a 10 year veteran of the online real estate industry, Lawrence brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to Bloomkey. Lawrence founded the company on the idea that the customer should have choices in real etate services and the fees associated with buying and selling a home. His philosophy that the consumer deserves a better, more repsonsive real estate industry drives the company today.

Greg Wharton, CFO

Greg brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Bloomkey. He has served as CFO of a $6 million realty/construction firm. He was formerly the CFO of Xperts, Inc., a Virginia Business Magazine's Fantastic 50 award winner, and served as the Director of Finance for James River Technical, Inc., a former Inc.500 technology company. Prior to those roles, Greg spent 10 years as a Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCooper) and BDO Siedman, LLP. Greg is a CPA and graduate of William & Mary.

David O'Dell, CTO

David brings over 20 years of software engineering and web application development experience to the company. Prior to joining Bloomkey, David O’Dell worked for the Department of Navy as Director and Application Developer for the Quantico Comprehensive Healthcare System. He was previously the Vice President of Engineering for KnowledgeLink, a company that sold to Hoover’s Inc. for $30 million. He also worked at IBM as a Director of Product Services where he recruited, lead and worked alongside teams of technical experienced staff members on projects such as LotusNotes. He began his career at MCI as an application developer.

Michael S. Logan, Jr., SVP, Sales & Marketing

Michael is a licensed Realtor in the state of Virginia and leads Bloomkey ’s sales and marketiing initiatives. Michael's philosophy is "first, find out what the consumer wants and then, find the most economically efficient way to give it to them". Michael began work in the fee-for-service sector of the real estate industry immediately following his graduation from East Carolina University (ECU) where he graduated with a BA in Business Marketing and played four years of Division I soccer.

Christi A. Keck , SVP Referral Networks

"We don't just sell real estate products and services for less, but strive to give our customers all of the tools they need for a successful real estate transaction by providing them with technologicaly innovation and unparralleled customer service." With over 19 years of real estate experience, including extensive consulting agreements with local Richmond builders, Christi Keck lead’s Bloomkey’s product offerings and marketing efforts. Christi was a consecutive award winning Realtor and her acheivements were recognized by the National Association of Realtors, the Richmond Board of Realtors and the Home Builders Association of Richmond. She also has been recognized for sale excellence by some of the largest traditional Real Estate Companies known around the world such as ReMax, Coldwell Banker and ERA. Christi was active in supporting the local Home Builders Association where she served as treasurer, Vice-president and president for the largest members group, the Associate Committee. Christi also served on the HBAR Executive Committee and received an Associate Recognition Award for her work there.
