Step Two

MAKE PAYMENT

Make Secure Online Payment through Authorize.net. Or, call to pay by PayPal, credit card over the phone or check.

Step Three

LISTING FORMS

Step 3. Download your state MLS listing forms
Complete the Property Listing Forms Online.

Step Four

PROPERTY DATA

Step. 4 Complete the forms and fax to InSight's toll-free fax 1-866-659-6850
Complete the forms online or fax them to Bloomkey's toll-free fax 1-866-317-3872. (In most areas you may enter the property information online).

Step Five

MLS LISTING

Step 5. Your home is entered into the Realtor MLS system
Your home will be on the REALTOR® MLS, usually within 24 business hours. Your signs and supplies will arrive FEDEX or UPS Ground within 2-5 days.

Step Six

WEBSITE LISTINGS

Step 6. Your home listing is uploaded by Realtor.com or other top websites
REALTOR.com and other leading websites will provide home buyers around the world with information about your property.

Step Seven

SHOW AND SELL!

Step. 7 Agents contact you to arrange showings and negotiate contracts
Agents and brokers will contact you to show and sell your home. You may handle the negotiations yourself or we can assist you.
