Instructions for Creating your Property Audio Podcast

Podcasts are a great way to deliver an audio description of your property to potential home buyers. Podcasts are a relatively new technology made popular by the Apple iPod, but now available to anyone with a personal computer or MP3 player. Not only can visitors to bloomkey.com hear a description of your property from your Property Webpage, Bloomkey podcasts are distributed to all of the top podcast sites on the Internet, like iTunes.com, Odeo.com, Yahoo Podcasts and Podnova.com a daily basis giving your property listing more exposure than ever.

Bloomkey has made creating your property audio podcast simple. Just follow these easy instructions and we'll do the rest.

• Before you can create a Property Podcast, you must first purchase a Flat Fee MLS Listing from Bloomkey.
• Step 1-- Create your Bloomkey Property Webpage.
• Step 2 -- Write down your Property ID# given once you have created your Property Webpage.
• Step 3 -- Prepare a 1-3 minute script describing your property's most important features.
• Step 4 -- Practice your script at least once to make sure it fits within the time allowed and that it sounds they way you want it sound to potential buyers*.
• Step 5 -- Call our toll-free number at 1-800-974-6657; Select Extension #3, then option #3 for Podcast.
• Step 6 -- At the tone, speak your Property ID# and Address, and contact phone number, then record your script. Be sure to include your list price. After recording, you will be given the opportunity to review and, if necessary, re-record your Property Description recording.
• Step 7 -- Once you are satisfied with your recording, CONTACT Bloomkey to let us know that your recording is ready for production.
  
  Once notified, Bloomkey will convert your recording into a Podcast and upload it for Internet Podcast site distribution, insert it into the Bloomkey Property HOTLINE Audio Tour and onto your Propery Webpage.

*PLEASE NOTE: Because of the cost and time involved in creating an Audio Podcast for your listing, it's important that you are satisifed with it before notifying Bloomkey to produce and upload your Podcast. Practice your script before calling in to record. Once you have completed your first audio Property Podcasts and notify Bloomkey to proceed, there will be a fee to change or modify your Podcast at a later date.
