We love this house and have a few questions please.

1. Are there Home Owner Fees with this house and if so how much and what does it cover?

2. Mother in law suite - Besides a bedroom please describe the features. Is it handicap accessible? Kitchen? Separate entrance? Shower only?

3. What is the lowest price you will take for this house?
