Can you please tell me if it has a basement, if so what is the sq ft and is there access from outside?
Do you have a list of school taxes, etc?
If the house currently occupied? How long has it been on the market?

Hello,
Sorry to get back to you so late - we are currently in LA, California so to answer just one of your questions: the house is empty.
It has only been on the market since May 5th, and we are looking to do a quick sale with our bank so this may be a great opportunity to offer a substantialy lower price for the home, and walk with it.
It does have a basement. The basement is FULL, so it runs the bottom length and width of the house: excluding the garage and does not have exiting to the outside.
The taxes are Central School District.
Again this would be an ideal deal for you in this situation. Just make an offer...

Marcus,
I have to be honest with you as to not waste your time. After I wrote you the previous email, I was so excited I called my husband and he insists we stay around $250,000. We have a little one and with the economy being so bad, he just doesn't want to get in over our heads. If this is a price range you could work with please let me know so we can schedule a walk-through of the house (this weekend). If not, I'd be dissappointed but I certainly would understand.

Thank You Very Much!!!!!!!!!!! We came out because I am an Actor, and got some things in the works right now.
We are not coming back =)....we have relocated, so the house is yours if you want it! You may see the inside at anytime you like. We do have some things still in the home that our parents will be removing shortly, and we also have a cleaning service coming in to give the home a "facial" in a sense. So hopefully you wont be to thrown off with that, but the home is gorgous! The neighborhood is awesome! The neighbors are nice, and its close to everything! Let me know when you want to go look inside the home and I will give you the lock box combo. Thanks again!
Give me a call when you have looked inside.
Also, keep in mind that any offer will be entertained by myself and my bank!

That is fine with me. Remember it needs a little cleaning  , but the home is basically brand new (2005). We only have one child and she is older, and we took good care of the home. I believe you will love the home....and at $250,000 it probably wont get any better  .
The combo is 7546.

We walked through the house last evening. It's very beautiful unfortunately I don't think the layout meets our needs. I'm so disappointed because it's truly is a lovely home. I do wish you the best of luck with the sale and thank you!!

Sorry things did not work out for you guys with the house. Thanks for walking through it!
If you reconsider - I have a broker now trying to give my bank $207k for the house  If my bank excepts it will bring a tear to my eye to watch my housee that appraised for $338 only 6 mths ago, sell for that price...what do you do....
