The home is located @ 5920 Pulaski Avenue in (Germantown) Philadelphia. This home is located on a very quite tree lined block of well maintained homes. You are walking distance to to trains and buses. You are also walking distance to Lincoln Drive, Fairmount Park, Kelley Drive and Manyunk (We have walked to all). Two supermarkets in walking distance. The back yard is serene. Hardly any traffic through this short block, especially weekends. Friendly neighbors. We have maintained this house and it remains in immaculate condition. Only relocation to NC has made our home available.
