Hi, I have a few questions to ask you about your home. The first one is are you willing to work with a real estate agent on our end and the second one, for now, do you know how big your back yard is? (We like to have some area for the kids to run around it). We are currently looking for houses in the Chesapeake area, and are planning on getting there June 30th. If possible, if your home is still on the market then, we would like to see it. Thanks so much.

I also have kids, the yard is a 1/2 acre which is pretty big by todays standards. I will work with an agent. The house has been on the market for about two weeks.
