Alot easier than pestering the realtor -- about a quarter of my traffic indicated that they had an interest in the house BECAUSE there was no realtor. Net not a whole lot different than what I got when it was listed, but the lower price definitely increased traffic. Wish I had listed with Bloomkey first and avoided the cut rate realtor.
