For properties within a subdivision or developement where seller/builder is listing a sample property under one of Bloomkey's MLS Listing Packages. MLS regulations require that when a property is listed as a sample for other properties within a development and any of those other properties sell, the information be entered into the MLS system. Multiple properties within a development must be entered as 'sold' at the time of closing.

If the sample property is sold, before the other properties described on the listing, a new sample MLS listing must be entered through a new MLS Listing Package.
